Aluminum Composite Panels for Digital Printing and VISCOM

RedBOND RedBOND Composites currently comply with several SDGs indicated by the United Nations and has additionally designed a plan to be completed according to each goal. RedBOND Composites is committed to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) for 2030 working every day on:

REDBOND has an exhaustive Labor Risk Prevention policy, and invests great efforts to guarantee the health and safety of its employees. It provides specific LRP courses to prevent any kind of incident and provides all the necessary resources to improve the health and wellbeing of its employees. On the occasion of the pandemic, it has obtained the "BSAFE" certificate, which certifies that the workspaces are "clean and safe".

REDBOND has always been committed to reindustrialisation and proof of this are the many investments in facilities and the start-up of new production lines. Innovation is a fundamental pillar. It encourages internal innovation through the Innova Plan, rewarding employees with the most innovative ideas every quarter. In this way, innovation is internalised in the company's culture and becomes part of everyday life.

It actively collaborates with local Training Centres and Universities. It carries out a multitude of internal training courses for staff to continue learning and adapting to new environments. There is also weekly language training to bring us closer to all foreign markets.

REDBOND team is fully multicultural and diverse: it is composed by people from various age groups between 20 and retirement age and works with a wide range of countries, with cultural and religious diversity. Recruitment plans offer equal conditions to everyone who wish to apply for a job offer.

Thanks to its Equality Plan, internal promotion is based on experience and merit, offering equal opportunities to everyone. It is noted that despite being in an industrial environment, the most important management positions in the company are currently held by women.

REDBOND encourages the reduction of consumption through improvement plans in which all workers are involved. It has active plans to reduce energy, consumption of raw materials and waste or their reuse in other processes. It should be noted that the main raw materials used in the manufacture of REDBOND panels are recycled raw materials, which greatly favours the circular economy.

In order to reduce transport pollution, the company preferably consumes products from nearby suppliers and, periodically, employees are awareness of the need to turn off electronic equipment and lights when they are not in use. Measures are also implemented internally to ensure that production processes are more efficient, consuming less energy and therefore have a lower impact on the carbon footprint.

REDBOND recycles all surplus material from its products in order to give them a new life. The vast majority of its suppliers are local, thus reducing the carbon footprint of transport. The use and recycling of aluminium saves 95% of energy.

Human capital is the main pillar of the company's scale of values. REDBOND generates quality employment as 92% of employees have a permanent contract. It also has bonus that make salaries higher than the collective agreement. It has training and internal promotion plans for personal growth. It also incorporates people for certain unskilled positions, which can be accessed by people who have not had the possibility of training for economic reasons and gives them the opportunity to start their professional career in the company.

REDBOND collaborates with major printer manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard, Canon or Fujifilm as necessary partners in our research, development and innovation work, in order to keep bringing the most innovative products to the market.
